Cook/assistant required for French campsite

We are looking for a UK cookery student or similar to help in our restaurant and bar during our busiest 6 to 8 weeks of the summer holidays. You must be outgoing and be interested in all aspects of the tourism and hospitality industry. French not necessary. You will work in the kitchen , front of house and in the bar and will become part of the family with your own en-suite room and full board. You'll gain experience in the French language, French markets/shops, basic French cooking, local wines (South West France), mass catering,beer & coffee machines and general hospitality.
