Our client an offshore service provider in the online gaming industry. A fast growing, people focussed organisation they not only represent their own branded product base but also represent external businesses online gaming products for customer support functions.
With full training provided this could suit entry level applicants however the generous salary scale and change of environment could equally attract an experienced customer service professional. The products are fun and interactive and customers are consumer based. As a Customer Support Agent you will mainly be dealing with customer queries by means of telephone, email and live chat. In addition you will also be involved with translations and other small projects related to the brands the company is working with.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluency in English and native level French languages (written and verbal)
- One year experience within a Customer Service environment ( preferably call center )
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new technology/systems/ applications quickly
- Confident telephone manner, professionalism and customer focus
- Working hours between 8.00 and 23.00.
