Our Community Manager focuses on three areas that hep us do this effectively. 1) Strengthen the community within the hostel - we bring together a large and eclectic staff that reflects the profile of our guests and then striving to blur the lines between those working and those visiting, let's make sure this is as big a strength as it can be. 2) Build relationships with other businesses in town - Our brand is strong within town and businesses appreciate being able to reach our guests. We recognize that when travelers come to Punta del Diablo, we are the center of their experience but not the extent of it. Help us provide the best experience by being plugged in to the city as a whole. 3) Social Media management - Help drive our social media campaigns. This is not a position built on creating content, but on effectively placing and distributing the content we are able to harvest from our guests and staff.
