Eco Trail Leader

Frontier are seeking an Eco Trail Leader to lead volunteers on our adventure trail through Central America, to commence in October 2015. Established in 1989 as a non-profit conservation and development non-governmental organisation (NGO), Frontier has been an innovator in creating quality volunteer programmes across the globe. Since then, Frontier’s has grown to operate over 330 capacity building conservation, community and adventure projects in over 60 countries spanning 5 continents. Over the past 25 years Frontier has volunteers of more than 30 nationalities take part in projects all around the world, making Frontier a truly international organisation with a global impact. The Eco Trail Leader will be responsible for leading this volunteer travel and conservation experience through the stunning the countries of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. They will oversee all logistical and administrative aspects of the expedition, including supervision of the budget, project resources and equipment and have overall responsibility for the general welfare of all staff and volunteers. The successful candidate will have experience of working and travelling throughout Central America,and be able to share their enthusiasm with our volunteers!
