Sales Support Assistant in a multinational company

Multinational company located in Mallorca. This company is a leading receptive and business to business provider of incoming travel services to travel trade professionals worldwide across more than 80 countries. The service of our partner company has more than 20 million clients worldwide, and they collaborate with more than 150 Hotels, restaurants and leisure companies to offer the best travel experiences. This company has more than 10.000 employees, and they collaborate with several Schools and Universities to offer formation to their students. -Review competitiveness of product portfolio and support the Sales team. -Support in Product exclusions -Ensure excellence in product delivery and customer service globally, analyzing trading patterns and product display on the selling channels. -Assist in performing mapping actions, match product files and optimization tasks overall -Giving support with problems detected during the booking loading process. -Create reports, and pricing document for clients. -Analyzing databases. -It would involve acting as in intermediary between commercial areas and clients -Creating white labels and widgets Studies Business, Commerce. Required languages English – B2 Spanish – A2 Desired experience Not neccesary IT skills Good knowledge of Excel. Other requirements Ability to multi-task and pro-learning attitude Location Mallorca Benefits 550 €/month Working hours Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
