FUN TEACHERS WANTED IN SHENZHEN, CHINA!! Joy Kindergarten is looking for enthusiastic and reliable teachers to join our English teaching team in August 2015! You will be working alongside our Chinese teachers, providing English lessons, cultural activities, and an overall English environment for our 3-6 year old students. Our school is located within the bustling city of Shenzhen. Key Responsibilities

• Preparing age-appropriate, well-structured lesson plans for assigned classes
• Teaching English lessons and providing an English language environment for classes
• Completing academic tasks and paperwork in line school expectations
• Completing of Student Assessment Reports
• Attending staff meetings and training sessions as directed by the English Coordinator
• Completing other related tasks as assigned by the English Coordinator or Principals

Qualifications

• Native speaker of English preferred; non-native speakers must have an excellent knowledge of English, with little to no accent
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in child or teaching-related program
• Preference to those with TEFL Certificate with practical training, ESL/EFL teaching experience, or CELTA, DELTA, M.A. or M.S. in related field (TESOL, Linguistics, Education)
• Demonstrate ability to plan and deliver high quality language lessons
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast‐paced environment
• Experience studying or working abroad
