First Leap is a subsidiary company of TAL, a leading education firm on the NYSE (XRS). Started in 2009 in Beijing, First Leap was created to offer English learning in a dynamic CLIL environment with western educational philosophies. We have over 300 international teachers employed in 40+ cities. Curriculum designed in house by international employees, using western teaching philosophies, covering 9 subjects including Music, Art, Drama, Science, Logical Thinking, Virtual P.E, World Culture, etc.

• Job Duties:
• Variety of Subjects Taught: Art, Music, Science, Drama, World Culture, Global Leadership, Book Reading, Logical Thinking, and Virtual P.E
• Advanced Teaching Facilities: Computers, projectors, smart white boards, and excellent teaching materials relevant to teaching non-English speaking children
• Within 32 Hours Work+4 Hours Training per week: Thursday from 16:30-18:30; Wednesday and Friday from 15:30-16:30; Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-19:00
• Student aged 2~15 years old
• Continued 6 month development
• Support from experienced academic team members

Requirements:

• Native English Speaker: from UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Degree: BA or above (Education degree is given top priority)
• TESOL or TEFL certificate preferred
• Teaching Experience Preferred
