Job Details Fancy trying your hand as a Jackeroo in the Australian Outback? Well here is your chance! Oyster offers a comprehensive farm training course where you will learn all the skills that you will need to get a job on a farm in Australia. When you complete the farm training course you are even guaranteed a job. You will spend between 3 and 12 months living and working in the great Australian Outback. There are a variety of jobs available from agriculture to hospitality and teaching. You can earn good money in the Outback which means that you can afford to travel around this incredible travel mecca. Surely there is a catch? No, there really isn’t! It is hard work and you will be working in challenging locations, but the rewards are immense. Taking part in this programme allows you to have a real Oz experience in the Outback, with its vast open space and enormous star lit skies. You will get to know everyone really quickly as communities are small and socialising tends to be sitting outside with a beer or two in the evening. When you have completed your training you will have the confidence and knowledge to make an excellent impression on your employers and to get the best out of this experience. You will have the chance to muster cattle, drive a tractor, ride a motorbike, change a tyre and much more. Where in Australia? Having flown into Brisbane you will head straight of to Noosa for 3 days of relaxing and acclimatising to your new environment. Then the fun really begins, your training course and later your job will be based in rural Outback Australia. What do I get for my money?
