Hostel and pub looking for awesome full and part time staff, immediate start

Were looking for full time night porters and part time bar tenders/receptionists to work in our traditional English pub with a 60 bed backpackers hostel upstairs. Big personalities and hard workers are a must along with good written and spoken English and a passion for great customer service and travel. For the bar - previous bar and hostel experience is a plus but not essential and for night porters, previous cleaning and reception/hostel experience is desired but not necessary, however for both positions, being able to use your initiative is imperative. The part time position is around 3 shifts a week approximately 15 - 20 hours and night porter 3 - 4 shifts a week with 33-44 hours.
